GLP-1 Research Peptide Vendors 2026: Who Actually Documents Retatrutide, Tirzepatide and Semaglutide
Retatrutide, tirzepatide and semaglutide are the most searched compounds in the research peptide market, and the ones where the paperwork matters most. On 17 October 2026 we checked the live shop of every vendor we review to see who actually stocks them, then read the certificates behind each listing. Six of the eleven vendors we could check carried at least one of the three. Every certificate we could read reported purity above 99 percent, so purity is not what separates them. What separates them is whether a report can be tied to a batch, whether the measured content matches the label, and whether the product name even says which molecule is in the vial.
How We Checked
We read each shop’s product sitemap or store interface on 17 October 2026 and matched the products against our compound guides. Where a vendor uses a code name, we counted it only if the vendor itself identifies the compound, for example through the description, the CAS number, the sequence or the sample name on the certificate. We then opened the certificates linked from each product page and, where the issuing laboratory offers a lookup, checked the report there. We did not commission our own lab tests. BioLab Shop blocks automated access and could not be checked; it does not appear below.
Disclosure: BiohackTested earns commission from several vendors in this comparison. Ratings are calculated from our published scoring criteria and are not affected by commission. See how we review.
Who Stocks What
| Vendor | Rating | Ships | Retatrutide | Tirzepatide | Semaglutide |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| CertaPeptides | 3.9 | EU (Romania) | Retatrutide | not stocked | not stocked |
| Particle Peptides | 3.5 | EU (Slovakia) | “GLP-3” | not stocked | not stocked |
| Avellon Peptides | 3.3 | EU (Poland) | “RT-3” | not stocked | not stocked |
| Onyx Peptides | 3.0 | EU (Slovakia) | “GLP-III” | “GLP-II” | “GLP-I” |
| Purified Peptide | 2.9 | US only | “GLP-3/R” | “GLP-2/T” | “GLP-1/S” |
| Peptides EU | 2.8 | EU (country not stated) | Retatrutide | Tirzepatide | Semaglutide |
Only three vendors carry all three compounds, and two of them sell them under code names. Real Peptides, Core Peptides, Cenexa Labs, Limitless Life Nootropics and Ascension Peptides listed none of the three under a name they tie to the compound. Ascension sells products named R-10, T-10 and S-5 without stating what they contain, so we did not count them. Real Peptides carries newer incretin compounds instead (cagrilintide, mazdutide, survodutide), which we do not yet cover.
Code names are the first thing to check. “GLP-3”, “RT-3” or “GLP-III” are not chemical names. In each case above, the vendor’s own description, sequence or certificate identifies retatrutide, but a buyer who reads only the product title has no way to know that.
What the Certificates Show

| Particle Peptides | Liquilabs, batch 2026349 | Yes | 10.14 mg on 10 mg (± 0.05) | > 99.8% | Full PDF read; single lab |
| Avellon Peptides | Janoshik #217945, #231721 (client: ChemVerify) | No (blank / Unknown) | 10.94 mg on 10 mg, 22.57 mg on 20 mg | 99.57%, 99.71% | Read in full; keys not opened |
| Onyx Peptides | None published | n/a | n/a | n/a | On request only |
| Purified Peptide | Freedom Diagnostics, lot RETA6111525N | Yes, but shared with a DSIP certificate | 7.15 mg on 6 mg (119%) | 99.82% | Search code resolves |
| Peptides EU | Janoshik “Manufacturer’s Report”, cropped | Not visible | Shown | Shown | Client and batch cropped off |
CertaPeptides has the most complete retatrutide documentation: a separate Janoshik report for each vial size from 5 to 50 mg, each with a batch number, and the report keys resolve on Janoshik’s own portal. The vendor also prints its own warning next to reports where the vial was over- or underfilled, ranging from 96.1 percent of label (10 mg, #233668) to 114.8 percent (20 mg, #233674). It does not sell tirzepatide or semaglutide.
Particle Peptides publishes the single most thorough certificate in this set. The Liquilabs report for batch 2026349 names the sample as retatrutide 10 mg and gives 10.14 mg with a stated uncertainty, purity above 99.8 percent, a molecular ion of 4731 Da that matches retatrutide, endotoxin at 0.016 EU/mg and zero microbial counts. The caveats: all results come from one laboratory, and the product is sold as “GLP-3”.
Avellon Peptides is the only vendor whose retatrutide was identified by a blind test. Two Janoshik reports commissioned by the directory ChemVerify screened for semaglutide, tirzepatide and retatrutide without being told which to expect, and found retatrutide at 99.57 and 99.71 percent. The batch field is blank or “Unknown” on both, so the result cannot be matched to the vial a customer receives, and the two vials held 9 and 13 percent more than the label.
Onyx Peptides is the only EU vendor that stocks all three compounds, and it publishes no certificate for any of them. Reports are available on request. That is why Onyx appears as the top audited vendor on our tirzepatide and semaglutide guides: among the vendors that stock those two compounds it has the highest rating, but the rating reflects its general practice, not a document we have seen for these products.
Purified Peptide shows both the best and the worst paperwork in the set. Its tirzepatide certificate (lot TR102026A, 99.74 percent, 10.28 mg, LC-MS identity) resolves at Freedom Diagnostics. Its semaglutide page, however, links a GHK-Cu certificate instead of a semaglutide report, and its retatrutide certificate carries lot RETA6111525N, the same lot number printed on the vendor’s DSIP certificate. Two products cannot share one lot, so at least one of those documents is mislabelled. Purified ships within the US only.
Peptides EU names all three compounds plainly and shows Janoshik results on each page, but the images are cropped “Manufacturer’s Reports”: the client, sample description and batch are cut off, so the result proves that some sample was tested, not that it came from what the shop sells. The operator is not named and the only address is in the United Kingdom.
Five Checks for Any GLP-1 Certificate
- Identity by mass, not by name. The certificate should report a mass that matches the molecule: about 4731 Da for retatrutide, 4813 Da for tirzepatide and 4114 Da for semaglutide. A blind screen that has to tell the three apart is stronger still.
- A batch number you can find on the vial. A report with a blank or “Unknown” batch, or a lot that also appears on another product, documents a sample, not your vial.
- Measured content against the label. Several reports in this set measured 9 to 19 percent more peptide than the label states, and at least one measured about 4 percent less. Purity says nothing about how much is in the vial.
- The report opens at the lab. Janoshik, Freedom Diagnostics and Liquilabs all offer lookups. A cropped image or a vendor-hosted PDF without a working key proves little.
- Endotoxin and microbiology. Particle’s certificate reports both in one document; Avellon publishes a separate endotoxin report. A purity result alone does not cover contamination.
Bottom Line: High Purity Everywhere, Traceability Almost Nowhere
For retatrutide, CertaPeptides and Particle Peptides publish batch-linked, independently issued certificates, and Avellon adds the only blind identity test. For tirzepatide and semaglutide no vendor in our set combines a published, batch-matched certificate with a reachable company: Onyx publishes nothing, Peptides EU crops its reports, and Purified has one solid tirzepatide certificate next to a mislinked semaglutide page and a reused lot number.
None of these compounds is approved for use in humans in research-grade form. The approved medicines built on tirzepatide and semaglutide are prescription drugs, manufactured and released under pharmaceutical quality rules that no research-chemical certificate replaces. Retatrutide is still in clinical trials and has no approved form.
